Help with using session cookies to "login"

I'm building a product that allows my backend to act on a user's behalf to automate repetitive tasks.
I've built a Chrome extension that obtains cookies from a website. For other websites I've been working with, copying these cookies and plugging them into a puppeteer instance running on the backend has allowed me to act on behalf of the user.
However, I'm facing issues with this one particular website. Having copied all the cookies over, I am still unable to login as the user - either in my browser in an incognito window, or on my puppeteer backend.
