Google chrome extension for an chat app

Hi
I am looking for some one to develope google chrome extension for an chat web application ..
What i need that if any new message came to the web app it should push the data to an URL as a JSON format

Like :
- Sender number
- body of message
- message type ( text,images, ..etc )

Also should can post a message from my CRM system to the chrome extension


So the extension should be have POST and GET URL to deal with messages


The purpose of this requirement is to send a notification to our customer using our CRM system by an chat application , also to get there messages
