Google Chrome extension to replace referrer user agent

Hello,

I need a google extension that will replace the referrer agent when I visit a website with my google chrome browser.

So instead of a blank referrer/direct visit, your extension will show the website visited like the visit is originating from (https://www.anywebsite.com).

I should be able to set up more than one referrer domain and its frequency in percentage.
Sample:
domain1.com:30%
domain2.com:40%
domain3.com:1%
domain4.com:2%
etc...
Total must equal to 100%

Also, if the referrer list can be retrieved from an external URL, it's better for me. Sample: http://mywebsite.com/referrerlist.txt
