Google Automation with Selenium

I'm in need of a Selenium expert who can create a Google Chrome automation script for me. The automation should:
- Log in to a Google account
- Fill out a specific online form
Key Requirements:
- The automation script should be specifically designed to work smoothly on Google Chrome
- The script should be programmed to handle all the steps required for logging in and filling out the form.
- The automation tool should be able to handle multi-factor authentication, specifically the app-based codes. It should be able to read the code and proceed from there.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proficient in Selenium and Chrome automation
- Previous experience in creating automation scripts for Google login and form fill
- Experience with multi-factor authentication handling, particularly app-based codes.
