Getting some modules to build a Chrome extension

I would like someone to help in developing some modules for Google Chrome extension, and show that it works!
- Detects if the user switched to a new tab / opened new tab/ switched to another window/ opened new window
- Detects if the user is currently not active on the browser and another application is in focus
- Receive audio signal from microphone
- Receive pictures from camera with low frame rate (1 frame/second)
- Detects the keyboard presses from Chrome extension
- Get the IP of the user
- Get the location of the user

It is required to demo these capabilities, no big integration required
