Fix C# bug + Selenium

1- As you notice, it works perfectly if Chrome is closed, but if chrome is open it shows an error. So you should fix this bug so that it works properly even if Chrome is already open.
2- Add a button called Start, this button should wait for any new messages on Whatsapp and if a certain keyword is found in the received message, reply to that message with a preset message.
