Firefox Extension to load URLS automatically

Hello,
I need a mozilla firefox extension that works exactly like does Tabulus Rotatum on Chrome.
Here is some of the features:
1) Load pre defined URLS every X number of seconds automatically when firefox start (without the need to click on a button)
2) The script waits for the current tab to fully load before loading the next one
3) Continue loading predefined links from top of the URL list when the end of the list is reached
4) Ability to retrieve the links of URLS from website link instead of addon (like http://site.com/urllist.txt / optional)
5) Auto start runnning when firefox starts
6) Close previously opened tab(s) after x number of seconds. i.e. 60 seconds
If the extension does not close the previous tab, firefox will end up with 1000s open tab
