Facebook Ad for our chrome extension

We have a chrome extension that we are trying to market via a Facebook Ad. This is phase one of our extension. But the premise is to avoid overseas shipments when you are about to purchase a product. The extension is free, but we need to support further development with donations. We are trageting Amazon for phase one. So we would like someone that is familiar with the Facebook Adveritising to create something for us.
