Expert for Chrome extension

Hi
I need an expert for chrome extensions to show me via video conference how to do a few advanced operations with an extension:

I want to build a custom management tool (extension) for managing google alerts. like create, delete or update multiple alerts at once.

Particular problems are:
1. monitor all requests made by a site (url, headers, response) all details
2. manage cookies
3. modify these requests and call the underlying apis via the extension

Open for suggestions but I really need an expert with intense experience in chrome (or firefox) extensions
