Project Title: Email Activity Tracking Add-on for Browser, Outlook, and Gmail
Objective:
The goal of this project is to develop a browser extension and email add-ins for both Outlook and Gmail desktop applications to track user email activities. The add-on will monitor and log email events (such as sending, receiving, and opening emails), and send periodic reports to the company admin (yourself) for oversight.

Browser Add-on for Email Activity Tracking:
Purpose: The browser extension will integrate with web-based email platforms (such as Gmail) to monitor user email activities.
Functionality:
Track when users send, receive, or open emails.
Monitor email metadata (e.g., timestamps, recipient addresses, subject lines) without accessing email content.
Send real-time or periodic activity logs to a designated company email or dashboard.
Optional: Enable notifications when specific keywords or recipients are detected.
User Interface:
Simple UI to show status (active/inactive).
Settings to adjust how often reports are sent.
Privacy agreement and disclaimer.
Outlook Desktop Add-in:
Purpose: The add-in will integrate with the desktop version of Microsoft Outlook to track email activities, similar to the browser extension.
Functionality:
Capture when users send, receive, or open emails.
Log email details such as timestamps, recipients, subject lines, and attachments.
Send activity reports periodically (e.g., daily or weekly) to a designated email address.
Ability to trigger alerts for specific email behaviors (e.g., sending to external domains).
User Interface:
A toolbar icon in Outlook to enable or disable tracking.
