Dynamic Chrome Extension ID Fetching Implementation

I have two Chrome extensions which are dependent on each other. We are setting the Chrome extension ID manually in each of them, but now I want to make it dynamically fetch the ID of the other extension.

It is a simple task for a developer who knows how Chrome Manifest V2 extensions work. I need it within hours.
