Develop Chrome Extension For Multiple Searches

Hi, I need a Chrome browser search extension to search multiple search engines for a single keyword. In tab,
• it shall show the search box and it is bottom must have multiple search engine option along with the add option to add extra engine in their home tab. And user will enter the keyword and they can decide the search engine.
• In the search result page, the user can able to highlight the keyword. After highlighting our logo shall show a popups to select the search further search. ref: Chrome.png screen shot.
• In Home Tab, the user can upload or change the background image. The background image should change automatically with each visit with our default as well as their uploaded.
