Project Description:
I am seeking a skilled and experienced developer to build a Chrome browser extension with the following features:
Core Features:
Facebook Group Monitoring:
Allow users to configure a list of Facebook Groups by name or by keeping a browser tab open for each monitored FB group.
Monitor new posts within the groups for specific keywords or key phrases configured by the user.
Real-Time Notifications:
Notify the user via a browser notification (sound and visual - configurable) when a new post matches the configured keywords.
Clicking the notification should take the user directly to the relevant post within the Facebook group. (and this will decrease the outstanding alerts by one).
Quick Commenting Feature: (Nice to have)
Enable users to configure and store multiple pre-written replies.
Allow users to select and post a pre-written reply with minimal clicks directly on the matched post.
Provide an option for the user to manually edit the comment before posting.
Subscription Model:
Include a free trial period (7 days).
After the trial, users must pay to continue using the extension. One-off or annually.
Possibly integrate a payment gateway (Stripe preferred) - or some other way of ensuring payment.
User Interface:
Design a clean and intuitive UI for:
Adding and managing Facebook Groups. (Or maybe an open tab is required instead)
Configuring keywords / phrases and pre-written comments.
Managing notification settings - audible/visual etc
Handling subscriptions/payment
Example Use Case:
An electrician wanting more work in the London area might configure keywords like “electrician” and “electrical safety test” for a Facebook group called “People living in London.” When someone posts a question such as, “Can anyone recommend an electrician serving the London area?”, the electrician would:
Receive a notification based on the 'electrician' keyword.
Click the notification to go directly to the post.
Use the extension to quickly post a pre-written comment like, “ABC Electricians do a great job and are local, you can reach them at 555-555-5555.”

Scalability:
The extension should be designed to handle a growing user base efficiently.
Post-Launch Support:
The developer must be available for ongoing support and updates (paid separately).
Deliverables:
