Customize the Google Chrome Extension according to my needs

I have a Google chrome extension which download images from web. The extension currently downloading images in bulk and downloading the images with its original file name. I want to customize the extension and rename the file name to a different title which will be provided on the same web page. Every single image have its own title which needs to be renamed before downloading.
