Custom Chrome Plugin with HubSpot integration

We have a small team of sales people who are looking for leads. We need a Chrome plugin that will show and alert to the user if a website is already in our Hubspot CRM. This should show on the Google results page, and on the websites themselves.

In addition, include a universal blacklist that will exclude (hide) blacklisted sites from Google results.
