Create a Chrome and Firefox extention that displays 2 cookie values when a tab contains a specific URL

I'm looking for somebody to develop a Chrome and Firefox extension that displays 2 cookie values when the espn.com domain is open in a user's tab.
I only want it to work for this specific domain. When the domain is active in a tab I want the user to be able to click on the extension icon to show a pop-up that contains 2 cookie values (espn_s2 and swid). There should be a button to copy each value shown in the pop-up.
Please provide an example of chrome extensions that you've built in the past and the method you'll use to make these extensions. I won't be replying to applications that don't.
