Chrome extension to send webhook based on actions on a website

Hi, I'm looking to have a fairly simple chrome extension built. Webhooks are sent out based on user's actions on a TradingView.
The webhooks are to be sent out instantly to a URL when the actions are done.
Also, different actions will have a different webhook message.
