Chrome extension to pull data lists from linked in contact details -- 2

I am looking for a developer to create a custom Chrome extension that can automatically pull data lists from LinkedIn contact details. Specifically, the extension should be able to detect email addresses and telephone numbers where available and export them. It should include the feature to export data based on a given profile, for example ‘Sales Directors in the telecoms sector’ as well as automated updates and customised settings, in order to ensure the extension is running optimally.

I would like the extension to be set up to pull records based on a set of criteria, so it is able to pull data regularly as needed. This could be daily, weekly, or even monthly, depending on the specified parameters.
