Chrome extension ( manifest v3) - select text by position - shortcut

I need functionality such that. a shortcut can select the COMPANY NAME on right panel for job sites:
glassdoor.com, indeed.com, linkedin.com jobs
Ideally I'd like it to learn by example selection, but POC hard coded per site is good enough for pass1.
Auto select on right panel change would also be nice.
