Chrome extension for data submission

We need a chrome extension that will do the following:
1. Read from a google sheet
2. Post into form fields from that google sheet
3. Submit the form from
4. Set a delay range (EG: 190 seconds to 600 seconds) able to be set by the user running the extension
5. Post next uncompleted item in the sheet
