Chrome extension for YouTube

Hi, I would like to create Chrome extension to assign hot keys for saving music videos to playlists - under icon "..." - "save" - "save to" (choose playlist). These playlist will be predefined prior to saving - two playlists - with names playlist 1 and playlist 2. One of them - the main - playlist 1 will play automatically music videos and once new video is added to the playlist 2 it (this newly added video to playlist 2) will start to play - it should play automatically only newly added items in the playlist not the old ones. After the last newly added video finishes it should automatically switch to playlist 1 and play there where it ended. If different hotkey is pressed the now newly saved vide will start to play after current video finishes (it will skip the line of other videos). Different volume level for each playlist.
