Chrome Extension that uses parts of the URL/Web Page to create links elsewhere.

I would like a Chrome Extension that I can install on colleague machines within our organisation that will activate when browsing webpages of a specific domain, and parse one of two IDs (a Client ID or a Plan ID) available on the page, which is available both in the URL and on the page itself ; and use that text within four URLS.

For instance, when browsing a Client page with Client ID 34893332, the Extension should provide two links

And when browsing a Plan page belonging to the same Client, but with Plan ID 64255550, the Extension should provide the original clink links, but also two new links
