Chrome Extension to replace text on React SPA

Implement a Chrome Extension in React that:
* identify HTML attributes on SPA (eg. data-testid)
* store the one identified with corresponding text on db (can be local storage first)
* display the list on an settings page
* let the user create alternative text (1 to n)
* replace the text on the SPA using an alternative selector
