Chrome Extension to press button/fill form and store submitted information

Based on collected JSON data I need a chrome extension that will open a provided webpage, press a button, fill in an info box and press another button.
The extension must verify that the information in the JSON data matches the info on the actual webpage.
The extension must be able to verify that that identical information has not been submitted in the past 24 hours and ideally would provide a notification of some sort (email?) that a submission was made.
