Chrome Extension for SNOW

I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Chrome Extension for ServiceNow. The extension should have the following functionality:
- We have set of buttons with Pre-defined dropdowns (template)
- Selecting the specified template should auto-populate the Incident fields in Agent workspace in Latest version of SNOW
The timeframe for the project completion is 3 days.
