Chrome Extension for LinkedIn scrap

As soon as user opens any page on linkedin the extension should check for CV / Resume link. If the link link is available then it should be downloaded to the local drive . If link doesn't found then it should save info as PDF and hit an API along with downloaded CV's full path. Something like Wisestep.
