Chrome Extension for LinkedIn -- 2

Hello, Hoping you can help. I would like to have a chrome extension built that works with Linkedin. The idea is this: Identify for me my 1st Connections on LinkedIn that have interacted (liked, commented, etc) with someone I am not currently connected to. I'd want to know which of my linkedin contacts have interacted with them most recently. Is this possible?
Linkedin has a mutual connections feature that shows me who I have in common with the target prospect. I would like a way to rank those mutual connections based on recent activity they've had with the target prospect in the last 30/60/90 days.
The recent activity of a 1st connection is on my Linkedin feed or on their profile, i can see what they've liked, shared or re-posted from their own connections. I'm open to ideas on how they may be ranked. i was thinking of most recent activity. If one of my connections liked or commented on something a target prospect did in the last 30 days, that may be ranked higher than another connection that like something from that same target prospect more than 90 days ago.
