Chrome Extension for Automatic Approvals

I need a Chrome extension for google forms developed to improve our approval process and overall productivity.

Key Features:
- Automatic Approvals: The extension should be capable of automatically approving document submissions, expense reports, leave request, onduty request, purchase request and meeting requests in google forms.

Notifications:
- Email Notifications: I want to receive email notifications for all form submission and approvals.
- Browser Pop-up Alerts: Additionally, there should be browser pop-up alerts for these approvals.
- all data (submission and approval records) to be stored in the google sheet for record and audits
- the submission and approval should have a unique id for easy identification.
- a system settings change menu for approver email addition and employee email addiiton
