Chrome Extension for Ads Commentary & Team Collaboration

I'm looking to develop a Chrome extension that interfaces with Google Ads and Facebook Ads. The primary function of this extension is to allow users to leave and retrieve comments on individual accounts, campaigns, ad groups, and ads. The extension should also facilitate team collaboration.

Key Requirements:
- Commenting Functionality: The extension should enable users to leave and retrieve comments on both Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
- Team Collaboration: The extension should have features that allow teams to collaborate on ads.
- User Authentication: The extension will use Email and Password for user authentication.
- Data Protection: We will use Firebase as our database, with rules implemented to protect data.
- Spam Prevention: The extension must include a Captcha system to prevent spam.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Chrome extension development
- Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads APIs
- Familiarity with Firebase and its security rules
- Knowledge of implementing payment systems, specifically Stripe
- Understanding of Captcha integration
- Prior experience in developing collaborative tools will be a plus.

Everything must be done in the extension including colaboration, create teams/management etc.
