Chrome Extension to download a file from website and copy it to USB Device

I need a Chrome Extension to download a file from website(that url will be static or provided in link in website) and copy that file to connected USB Device.
to avoid fake bid, Please add "Chrome Extension" in the proposal.
i need this extension urgently.
