Chrome Extension Marketing & Strategy Expert

I'm looking for someone with experience working on Chrome extensions. I currently have ~150 users, with a decent amount of impressions (1,69 k in total, 493 page views) in 3 months.

The extension is very simple. It scrapes phone numbers on a web page and allows the user to export them to CSV or XLSX.

I need help with the following:
- Increasing downloads and retention
- Monetizing strategy
