Chrome Extension Getting cookie value every time a website refresh. [ PLEASE READ ]

—— MY PROJECT —-
I have been investigating a bit and it shouldn’t to be too hard if you have a powerful JS/extensions experience.
Anyways here you have good explained.
Really easy.
I will have a chrome windows opened in my desktop.
This window will be refreshed using an auto fresh extension I have every 1-2 minutes.
We need to do a extension, to get the value of a specific cookie name that always is going to be in the chrome session. Same thing a extension like Edit this cookie or other ones are doing. But just with a specific cookie name.
Then, once we have this cookie value, I would like to know your opinion , I need something easy, like a JSON endpoint or api so we will send the cookie value to somewhere , and I will be able to access with my python script here and I will get the cookie value .
A fast summary/map :::
* Extension will get cookie value every time my page is refreshed.
* We will send I imagine doing a simple JS script this cookie value to somewhere where I will get with a script cookie value. The idea is every time we have a new value the value is updated in the JSON/api endpoint.
Please just contact me if you have experience.
I need this extension ASAP, and money is more than ready. A budget of 30-60€ as max.
Deadline is ASAP, that’s why I need a person with experience. We could to do more similar things in a future for my digital service.
