Chrome Extension - Copy & Paste
Budget: $30 – $250 CAD
I am looking for a skilled developer to create a Chrome extension that allows users to copy and paste text only.
Key requirements for the project:
- Develop a Chrome extension for copy and paste functionality from the clipboard.
- Ensure that only text is copied and pasted, must handle single and double quotes.
- Must take an address that is 4 lines as a text block and paste them into the appropriate fields.
- A static phone number field is to be filled in as well.
- First line must split into first name and second name.
- Must be able to paste into a 3rd party side that opens a dynamic modal when an edit button is clicked, this is critical. Fields do not exist until and edit button is clicked.
- Site will be specified when work starts and must work on this site.
- All address information should be inputted in a single click by way of a button injected on the modal or clicking in the first field.
- After the address is pasted a submit button must be clicked as well from the modal.
- Must work with Manifest V3 for Chrome older Manifests will be rejected.
Ideal skills and experience for the job:
- Proficiency in Chrome extension development
- Strong understanding of JavaScript and HTML/CSS/JQUery/JavaScript
- Experience with manipulating and organizing data within Chrome extensions
- Ability to implement additional features based on specific requirements
