AI Chrome Extension

I want to build a Chrome extension that uses a language model to filter and transform content on all websites, including websites with news feeds like YouTube and Twitter, as well as chat messaging websites like Slack. I want to tell the language model to remove certain words, change them, or even better, detect topics and filter out those from my news feeds for example. I understand this might be possible with DOM manipulation and the chrome extension API. Looking to you for best practices as I'm not totally up to date on what's possible with lang chains and whatever else. Thank you please DM with questions.
