Build a scheduling a minimalistic app, chrome extension + schedule web page
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I want my own scheduling app with limited features. Looking for a minimalistic UI. It will be a combo chrome extension and webpage UI. So many calendar apps have bloated features, I want to keep it simple
-authenticate with google calendar, zoom & microsoft teams
-Create/add/edit "Event types" - Name, description, color, selected time blocks for event
-Inside GMAIL, send link to potential people, they see options based on event type. Function in gmail is simply to select the event type and it is then pasted into gmail email body. If only 1 person, when the time is selected by the event is created and added to calendars and emailed for people to accept
-If Multiple people are sent the invite, they can select several time block options. When all have selected options, the sender(me) is notified and a time is selected in the webpage UI. Then calendars are updated and invite emails are sent.
-once event is scheduled, create meeting link with Zoom or Teams authentication.
-settings: name, company, google authentication, zoom authentication, teams authentication, URL for branding graphics + config event types. again, minimalism
I have some commercial apps that I can point you as examples. To show that you have read this fully and have attention to detail. Put the meeting app you use most as the first word in your bid. This will prove your read this fully. Thinking about PHP on the server side, but open to suggestions. If you have done a scheduling app, let me know about it
