Build extension for google chrome (increase engagement on GA4)

Hello,

I need an google chrome extension that will make the chrome internet browser show that the webpage is currently seen by the visitor (webpage on the forground).

I use Google chrome version 94 on windows ( I disabled auto updates on purpose) and there are several google profiles running simultenously on the same computer so it's not possible to have more than one visible simulteneously.

This is to generate user engagement on GA4 which currently stands at zero because the sites are visited when minimized.

If this can't be done or technically impossible, please PM me to offer alternative(s).
