Build a chrome extension that modifies GUI and text in gmail emails

Hi there, I'm looking for someone capable of building a chrome extension that can modify the gmail GUI and connect to an API and return results asynchronously (without refreshing the page).

Here are the steps required:

1. Create chrome extension that can send edited text in an email with an alternative "send" button
2. Connect chrome extension to API
3. When typing email, text is sent to API
4. When alternative send button dropdown is clicked, API results from text are shown
5. When alternative send button is clicked, API results are sent to recipient

Please propose why you are suitable, what tech stack you will use and why.
