Build Social Chrome Extension

Hello,

I need a chrome extension which can automate interactions on posts & comments on multiple social platforms based on keywords.
In the interface, I can add keywords on each social platforms, and fill the number of likes, time range between each interaction, total interaction per day.

Let me know how much time and budget it requires.
