Build a Simple Google Chrome Extension for Buy limit and Sell limit for Binary Option

I am looking for a developer to create a simple Google Chrome extension that will allow me to set Buy and Sell limits for Binary Options. When the limit price reached trade should execute automatically & instantly.
The ideal candidate should have experience with Chrome extensions and be able to create a user-friendly interface that is compatible with various platforms.
Specifically, the extension should allow me to:
- Set Buy and Sell limits for Binary Options (Iqcent)
- Execute trades automatically
- On and Off Button so I can turn it Off/On when nedded
