Build a Google Chrome Macro to Automate Tracking New Data

I use a website in order to help me understand opportunities that exist in the sports betting market. The website needs to be refreshed constantly and it lists when new opportunities exist. When a new opportunity exists it pops up as part of the list but doesn't do anything to alert you that it is a new opportunity, it's just added to a list. The list can either increase or decrease as opportunities exist or don't exist anymore. The website is simple and has an option to add to a tracker which requires a click and a simple form pops up asking how much each wager is. When added to a tracker it does change a symbol on the side of the opportunity to show that it has been noted (this could act as a way of knowing if an opportunity is new).

What I am trying to do is figure out how to automate this. Either by having a macro that adds all of this to an excel spreadsheet or a macro that adds new opportunities to the bet tracker they currently use. Is this possible to do?
