Build a Chrome extension to catch new Tiktoks videos and add them to a Folder in Google Drive

This is what I need the chrome extension do.
1) Select Tiktok User ( User need to define their user).
2) Download all videos posted for the user
3) Put the video on a specific folder (User need to define their Folder ID)
