Browser refresh programmer

I am using a website to get my jobs from. In order to get jobs quicker i need a higher refresh rate which uses a program that is not embedded in the page,as it will be easily detected by bots. It needs to have some futures which are allowing me to press a button without moving the mouse to pin point the button that books the job. Also needs to recognize time changes and act as a filter. Many programmers are using google chrome and they are making these programmes as extensions. If you google swiftrelay you will understand what i need but made after my own specifications
