Browser extension for bidding automatically

I need a web extension that can bid automatically on a Chrome website for me. It will be bidding on products via a Chrome website that is not Ebay or Amazon, and so I am looking for a developer with experience working with Chrome. The extension should be able to perform any task that I assign to it, including placing bids up to the maximum bid limit that I set for every auction, which should allow me to maximize my chances of winning each auction. This extension should be easy to use, safe and reliable, as I need to be confident that my bids are placed without any issues. The extension should do proxy bidding upto the limit I define for each auction. The extension should able to monitor auction countdown on the website so that it can place last bid in last second as long as its with in the limit. I'm looking for a developer who can help me create this requirements, so that I can maximize my bidding returns and do so with ease.
