Browser Extension to Download Files

I am looking for a developer to create a browser extension that is compatible with Firefox, chrome and edge. The primary goal of the extension is to download documents or change redirect remotely . Additionally, I would like the extension to have the ability to schedule downloads. the ability to pause/resume downloads. Ideally, the developer should have experience in building browser extensions
