Block all data heavy content on google chrome

Hello,

I need a google extension that will block everything on site except javascripts and cookies so everything like images, media content of any kind, applets, videos must be blocked (not downloaded).

This is because I need to be able to load counter codes like web counters including google analytics by consuming as low data as possible. Basically I want to load counter codes only when I enter a website.

There are already free extensions to stop images and iframes but I also need to block other heavy medias. Let me know what you can do.
