Automated WhatsApp Messaging Chrome Extension

I am looking for a developer proficient in Chrome extensions and familiar with the WhatsApp commands to build an automation tool. This extension will primarily be used on Google Chrome for WhatsApp Web. The following skills and experience would be ideal for this project:

- Extensive experience in Chrome extension development.
- Strong knowledge of WhatsApp commands.
- Proven ability to develop automation features within social media platforms.

- Sending automated messages to contacts.
- Deploying automated messages to WhatsApp groups.

So, I have this html file as an example: https://www.topradical.com.br/wpp/index.html

I will use javascript to pass the data to the Google Chrome extension, to simulate just inspect the console.

In some cases I will send an array with more than one element, so for each sending I need a delay of 8s, to avoid account problems.

Regarding sending the message, I need to be able to send: text, image and action buttons (if possible)

NOTE:
1. WhatsApp Web will already be synchronized on the local computer
2. This extension needs to run in the background without directing the user to another tab.
