Auto-Generated Citation Chrome Extension

I’m in need of a skilled developer to create a Chrome extension specifically to automatically generate MLA citations (and/or other citation formats) for one particular website. This browser tool should be user-friendly and efficient.

The main functionalities should be:
- Auto-generating MLA citations (and/or other citation formats) for a particular website based on selected text; auto-generating citations may require OCR functionality of PDFs
- Providing users an advance copy function that permits inclusion of auto generated citation with their copied text
- Ability to work with corporate licenses, such as auto detecting login based on user logged into a particular Google Workspace having an active license for this plugin

Ideal skills for this project include:
- Experience in Chrome extension development
- Knowledge of citation algorithms for accurate generation
- Understanding of MLA citation rules
- Understanding of OCR of PDFs
- Understanding of license management
