Adspy tool using Facebook API library in Chrome Plugin

I would like to extract full data base from facebook ad library using chrome plugin .This plugin would need to have all this features that are shown in the video . Keyword selection , country selection , numbers of ads running and advanced search option .Type penguin in application so i know you read full text and understand what is task .
