Universal Vehicle TMS Design

I’m about to commission a full-scale Transport Management System and I first need a clear, implementation-ready design package. The platform must run seamlessly for mixed fleets—trucks, bikes and cars.
Core scope you’ll shape:
• Real-time vehicle tracking fed by GPS / telematics
• Route planning and optimisation that can re-calculate on the fly
• Driver management with performance and compliance data
Only two permission levels are required at this stage—Admin and Driver—so the role model can stay lean.
What I expect to receive:
1. High-level architecture diagram showing web, mobile, database and integration layers (micro-service or monolith—justify your pick).
2. UI flow or wireframes for dispatch, live map, route planner and driver profile screens.
Your design should be modular, cloud-ready and easy for a future dev team to extend. Clear, well-annotated diagrams and concise documentation will be the main acceptance criteria.
