I’m putting together a fresh, customer-focused newsletter that will go out once a month and I’d like a skilled hand to manage the entire process—from shaping the stories to delivering a polished email
Each edition must blend three elements in a clear, engaging flow: company news that shows what’s happening behind the scenes, concise product updates highlighting new releases or improvements, and a short industry insight section that positions us as a helpful voice rather than just another salesperson. The information of the content will be given from our end.
For graphics and layout, I’m happy to supply brand guidelines, logos, and any existing imagery; you handle arranging them into a responsive template that looks good on both desktop and mobile.
Deliverables each month:
• Final copy in a Google Doc (or similar) for easy commenting
• A fully designed, tested HTML email file plus a drag-and-drop version compatible.
• A brief summary of performance suggestions for the next issue once you’ve seen initial metrics
